Terms of service

The service

simple/tv/cal (stvcal.com) is a free tool for tracking TV shows: following shows, marking episodes watched, and browsing them in a calendar. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

• Sign up with an email address you control; a verified email is required to use the app.
• Keep your password to yourself - the account is yours.
• You can delete your account at any time with Delete account in the footer. Deletion is permanent.

Fair use

Use the service as a person tracking their shows. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe or overload it, scrape it at scale, abuse the contact form, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

Show data

Show and episode metadata, artwork, and streaming availability come from TMDB (and ratings from OMDb). We do not control that data and cannot guarantee it is complete, correct, or always available. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

No warranty

The service is provided free of charge, as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. Features may change and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. We recommend using Export CSV now and then if your watch history matters to you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this free service, including data loss or reliance on show data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
